El Portus is another one
of the small coastal towns within the natural park of “Sierra de
la Muela, Cabo Tiñoso y El Roldan”. The beaches of Portus are
separated by a small rocky outcrop. Westward you can find some small family houses where the beach is textile
(non-nudist) and eastward there is another beach regulated as nudist
where “Camping El Portus” http://www.elportus.com/es/ is established.
On this beach there is a small climbing crag with a good number of routes to enjoy climbing and beach. But El Portus also offers a good number of treks along the coastline. It is highly recommended to visit “Cala Aguilar” one of the most isolated beaches in the Region. For all this “El Portus” is ideal for those seeking tranquillity in one of the most beautiful natural environments in Murcia.
